This research aims to examine and critique the principles and hadith-based reasons for the "Theory of the Permissibility of Worship in All Divine and Non-Divine Religions." The "Theory of Worship" is one of the theological views of Sayyid Kamal al-Haydari, which he has presented with a focus on principled determination and based on three fundamental principles. The first principle is that there must be a reason for choosing any religion or belief, the second principle is that conformity of the reason with reality is not a condition, and the third principle is that a determined person cannot act against their own reason. The main question in this research is what objections and criticisms can be raised against the hadith-based reasons for these three aforementioned principles? Analyzing the Theory of Worship and its principles, the author has tried to explain the deficiencies and criticisms of these principles and their hadith-based reasons through an analytical critical method and, from this perspective, evaluate and critique the Theory of Worship based on theological beliefs. The findings of the research indicate that none of the aforementioned principles are absolutely defensible, and the hadith-based reasons cited by Kamal al-Haydari do not substantiate the claim of the Theory of Worship.
